Users must be identifiable with a profile and have the ability to initiate and accept chat requests from other users.
ユーザはプロフィールで特定できて、他のユーザからのチャットリクエストを受け入れたり、チャットリクエストを始める能力が必要
It is also necessary that you put all of the following precautions in place.
下記の予防措置全てを適切に配置すつ必要があるよ
- Require that users agree to terms (EULA); these terms must make it clear that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
ユーザが規約に同意することを必須とする; 規約には問題のあるコンテンツや悪意のあるユーザに対する対策がないことを明確に書く必要がある

- A mechanism for users to block abusive users
ユーザが悪意のあるユーザをブロックする機能
- The developer must act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content
開発者は問題のあるコンテンツレポートに２４時間以内にコンテンツの削除と問題のあるコンテンツを提供したユーザを削除する必要がある.
プロフィールは名前とコメントとか入れればいいだろうけど、フィルタリング機能とか必須なのはめんどくさいなぁ
